Leesa Sleep is partnering with From One Hand to Another Inc. (FOHTA), a non-profit summer camp program founded by artist Pharrell Williams to help children. Williams hopes FOHTA will “change the world one kid at a time by providing them the tools and resources to meet their unique potential.” Leesa employees have conducted workshops for the youngsters at their offices on Pacific Avenue and at College Park Elementary School and Bayside Middle School and will distribute the mattresses as part of its One-Ten program, in which it donates one mattress for every 10 sold. In total, Leesa is donating 1,500 mattresses to participants in FOHTA’s summer camp program, with 1,000 in the local Virginia area.

Parents, counselors, kids and Leesa team members were on hand to assist with the mattress distribution, a cookout and presentations by the campers.

About FOHTA:    FOHTA offers S.T.E.A.M.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics, and Motivation) summer camps in 26 sites nationally and 18 locally.
